you want to be. “How would the me-I-want-to-be handle this?”
Tell the truth
as you know it.
Let go of attachment
to only one outcome
Practice goal
setting and affirmation tempered by acceptance and intuition.
After practicing
a while, we stop seeking energy from others
and begin to nourish
ourselves from within.
